Getting Traffic – The Offline way!

One of the ways of getting traffic that is highly targeted to your site is by making use of Offline Article Marketing.

That is one of the traffic tricks that is not used by site owners which they can apply. It really does work and the traffic is targeted. The kind of traffic you get is TYPE IN traffic - The best kind of traffic in the world.

I found this out early when I started Internet Marketing. I had been going through a Newspaper when I saw an article obviously written by an Internet Marketer.

This guy, by the name of Akin Alabi was very good so I decided to checkout his site. I later on went for his seminar. It is now I’m just realising how his Newspaper write-ups was actually an Offline Article Marketing technique.

I can now say this method which involves writing quality articles and sending to targeted and niche newspapers and magazines works just fine. Though doing this with regular Newspapers and magazines would attract some level of traffic too.

In the past, I used to think that only professional writers and journalists were allowed to contribute. This is clearly not so. If you send in quality articles, many editors will use them.

Let me tell you a secret. Editors are always looking for contents. Good quality contents. Yes! Just like website owners, they do need content more. Contributors are paid to write for them. If they see you are ready to write to them for FREE, they will take a second look.

What to do is write quality articles and your job is half done. You then contact as many editors as possible and you will get responses in no time.

When doing this, make sure to include your bio box complete with your web address. People would definitely go to your website because they saw it. Believe me I know, I did it too, so people would respond.

The good thing about it is they will be coming to your website having you as an expert in the theme you base your write-ups on. Imagine been a newspaper columnist!

I tell you the internet is full of actions waiting to be taken, so are you taking action now?
